What’s the one piece of fitness advice you give to everyone?
You need to play the long game. The key to success is consistency over time.

What was the most challenging part of your fitness journey?
I’ve had a lot of injuries from playing rugby so coming back from injury more out of shape and not as strong as I was before has always been frustrating, but at the end of the day, I’m still stronger and fitter now than I was 5 years ago which just highlights the importance of consistently showing up regardless of where you’re at in life.
What do you love most about coaching at EXHALE Fitness?
The people that make up the community. All of the members at EXHALE are so welcoming, encouraging, and inspirational that it makes coaching here a dream come true.
