What inspired you to become a coach?
My passion for coaching truly solidified during my pregnancy with my son. At the time, I couldn’t find a coach who could guide me through safe and effective workouts tailored to pregnancy, so I spent hours searching the internet for advice. That experience inspired me to become the coach I wish I had—someone who supports others through every stage of their fitness journey, no matter where they’re starting from.
What’s your favorite guilty-pleasure movie or TV show?
I’m obsessed with British crime dramas—Poirot, Vera, Luther...basically, if there’s a mystery and a British accent, I’m hooked.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting out at EXHALE Fitness?
Commit to showing up—nothing else matters as much as consistency. Don’t stress about your current skill level or abilities; that’s what we’re here to help with. Block out time on your calendar, reserve your classes for the week, and just take it one step at a time. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.

Anything by Britney Spears—every song is a banger and guaranteed to keep the energy high!
