What’s the one piece of fitness advice you give to everyone?
You don't have to know how to do all of the moves to be successful. There's always a way to modify workouts and meet you where you're at!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Probably a classic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, and something ~*sweet*~
Who inspires you in your fitness journey?
Some athletes I really look up to are:
Lily Gaskell: an amazing roller derby skater and coach, as well as athlete
Sporty Beth: a larger body athlete defying social expectations
Danyele Wilson: another strong and tall female athlete!
