What’s your go-to workout when you’re short on time?
Walking or slow jog warm up, roll out, and mobility/stretch, then three to four rounds of 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 15 air squats. I do this often when traveling, and I try to always pack a yoga mat and foam roller with me

I played myself on an America's Most Wanted episode in 2009.
How do you stay motivated on days when you don’t feel like working out?
Community keeps me motivated to work out even when I may not feel like it. There is something energizing when you meet up with your friends or gym mates, even if you spend time complaining about the workout of the day or life in general, you get through it together and feel way better afterwards!
