A fitness myth I wish would disappear is that being healthy means being skinny. Health and fitness come in many shapes, sizes, and abilities.

My favorite way to unwind after a tough workout is by having a hearty meal and a hot bath.
How do you stay motivated on days when you don’t feel like working out?
On days when I don’t feel like working out, I just show up to class. I know I’m in good hands with the coaches, and having community with me in class makes it easier to push through. I always feel better afterward!

My favorite thing about the EXHALE Fitness community is how everyone shows up with positive energy and enthusiasm, especially for events where the friendly competition makes the environment so much fun. It keeps spirits high and motivates everyone to give their best while having a great time together.
